james has just told me that bungie says that retailers are allowed to sell the discs with all the 9 maps early if they want to, so try and go to your local gaming store and ask if they can sell it early or something. and then you can share the 9 maps with us from your xbox's TDATA.

suprisingly like almost everyone on kai has them so fiiiinaly you can play new maps without seeing "a player in your party has failed to load the map"

not really since most of them dont have modded boxes or just werent fast enough at getting the maps or just dont know any sources on how to get them.

whenever i host a room everyone that comes in have them...whever link hosts a room a constant lot of 16 people are playing them...plus there are about 5 or 6 rooms open that say new maps all the time during the day

thats true but thats only you say on the arena that you are gonna play the new maps, if you change it saying that you are playing regular slayer or saying SO and pals. you will see many people going in there that doesnt have the new 5 or even the 9 new maps.

nah screw those people that dont have the maps yet, its not there fault that they cant join...its bungie's, but having a good description on the arena should tell them that we are playing the new maps so it kinda is there fault.

well i guess they didnt care since they are to busy trying to fix the softmodded boxes problem on XBL since almost everyone one there mods and cheats for Halo2. also they are in the process of Halo3 so of course they dont care if sold early of release date.
